Have a part you need to return? Fill out the form below to begin your return process. Please fill out your returns per invoice.

Manufacturers have strict guidelines that must be followed to determine if a part is eligible for return.  Below are some basic policies to help you determine if your parts are eligible for return.

In the event you return a part to Karl that doesn't meet the manufacture guidelines, Karl will return the part back to your business as Karl is unable to receive/provide credit for the part.

1.     Parts older than 60 days are not returnable

2.     Installed/fitted parts are not eligible for return.  Please confirm the correct part is in the box before installing.

3.     Opened Electrical Parts are NOT returnable. Manufactures will not take them back.

4.     Special Ordered (Non-stocking) parts may incur a 35% restocking fee or may not be returnable.

5.     Parts we purchase from other dealers may not be returnable

6.     In the event dealer purchased parts need cleanup time, we are not able to apply for any cleanup if the part has damage.

7.     All Packaging must be carefully opened. No torn, "sliced open" packaging will be accepted for return.  Any packaging with tape, writing, wet, overspray will not be accepted.

8.     Any damage to the manufacture labels on the packages will be refused by the manufacturers.

9.     When returning a core, please keep the original box/container.  Example-If you purchased a water pump that has a core, send the water pump back in the original box so we can refund the core credit.

A.      Engines-Transmissions-(Parts with Fluid)All Fluids Must Be Completely Trained before we are able to pick up the part. Engines must be returned in the provided bag.

B.      The engine and transmission must be returned in the original undamaged container or crate.

C.      Any Missing Parts from the Engine Core or Transmission Core will be assessed with a fee from the manufacturer.  Engines and Transmissions must include all original components on the "core"
